Dental Hygienist

Job Responsibilities

• Provide oral health education and appropriate individual counseling for all dental patients
• Record patient-hygienist transactions as they occur in the patient’s dental record
• Support all clinical aspects of patient appointments as needed
• Take x-rays, chart, chair turnover, and maintain instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the practice, including cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

Qualifications

• RDH state certification/license
• Prior pediatric dentistry experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) practice management software preferred
