About the role
Fulton Family Dental Care is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will enjoy a predictable schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance while offering opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
- Document patient histories and dental examinations accurately
- Perform routine dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
- Assist in preventive care programs and patient education
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient satisfaction and care
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in Maryland
- A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
- CPR certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of 0 years of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times

Pay
$5,000 Welcome Bonus + competitive pay + daily and quarterly bonus opportunities
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
One Friday per month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
