Dental Hygienist

About the role

Dental Care of Bennington is seeking 3 Dental Hygienists to join our growing team. We are a state-of-the-art, newly opened dental practice utilizing Dentrix. We are part of Heartland Dental, the nation's largest dental support organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
• Document patient histories and dental examinations accurately
• Perform oral exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in Nebraska
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR certification
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include current dental hygienist license in Nebraska and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Preferred experience includes new graduates and experienced hygienists
• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time 4 days a week.
