About the Role

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll serve as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, playing an integral role in the patient care team. You’ll provide the time, care, and attention your patients need while receiving best-in-class support through our robust Hygiene mentor program and unparalleled educational opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional lifetime care to patients.
• Perform dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation.
• Provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
• Utilize clinical tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records (preferred).
• Collaborate with a 10-person team that values communication, collaboration, and community.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in New Mexico.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
• CPR Certification.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).

Schedule

Full-time position: Monday through Thursday.
