Responsibilities
- Performing dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and documenting medical histories
- Utilizing advanced tools like Velscope, digital scanners, and x-rays to enhance patient care
- Delivering preventative care and patient education to promote optimal oral health
- Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and relevant educational credentials
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification required
Skills & Experience
- Experience with digital radiography, electronic records, and dental technology preferred
- Desire for ongoing learning and professional growth
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds
- Availability for periodic training sessions
- Completion of TB test prior to employment (where applicable)
