Dental Hygienist

Role Overview: A Dental Hygienist is a key clinical team member responsible for providing high-quality dental care and patient education. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental services, support patient education, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Valid Nebraska dental hygienist license, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, knowledge of dental procedures and medical history documentation, CPR certification. Preferred Experience: New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged, familiarity with digital tools like digital X-rays, scanners, and electronic records, and a desire to grow clinical skills. Key Duties: Perform dental screenings, cleanings, and assessments, provide patient education, maintain infection control standards, and support practice growth. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties, sit/stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 pounds, attend training, and complete TB testing as needed.
