About the Role

The Dental Hygienist provides high-quality patient care, supports the clinical team, and promotes preventive dental health. They are recognized as clinical providers and patient advocates, delivering exceptional lifetime care with support from mentorship programs and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation.
• Utilize digital x-rays, scanners, and other dental technology as needed.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid dental hygienist license and relevant educational credentials.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with digital dental tools and systems preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a desire for professional growth.

Physical & Additional Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training and compliance with health safety standards.
• Possession of a TB test as part of health and safety protocols.
