Dental Hygienist

About the role

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team at ADS in West Chester. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care with the support of a skilled team and advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with patients through education and compassionate care
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Perform scaling and root planing
• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Collaborate closely with doctors and fellow team members to provide outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure—new graduates encouraged to apply!)
• Current CPR Certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Pay & Schedule

• $50+/Hour + Bonuses
• Tuesdays & Wednesdays
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• 50-minute recall appointments
• 1.5-hour SRP appointments (2 quadrants)
