West Springfield Dental Arts is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, collaborative team! • 1-hour hygiene appointments and 1.5-hour new-patient appointments — no rushing
• Modern dental technology, including iTero, laser, AI perio charting, Cavitron, and Open Dental
• 4-day workweek with a Monday–Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
• One weekday off — Tuesday or Wednesday
• One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• $63–$65 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates

• Commitment to providing thorough, high-quality patient care

Experience

• Comprehensive Hygiene Care, Including Periodontal charting
• Digital X-rays
• Prophylaxis (prophy)
• Scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Patient education
• Fluoride treatments
• Preventive dental care and other hygiene services
