We're looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our Sheridan team and help us provide patients with high-quality preventive care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Pay

Earn $60–$65 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene and periodontal services within your scope of practice
• Assess patients' oral health and identify periodontal conditions
• Partner with dentists to develop and support appropriate patient treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, periodontal health, and recommended care
• Build trust through compassionate, personalized patient interactions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with the entire dental team to create an exceptional patient experience

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Current Oregon Dental Hygiene License or ability to obtain one by the time of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Applicable local anesthesia certification and other required credentials
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience
