ForwardDental Mequon is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist with a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) and no weekends.

Pay

  • $15,000 welcome bonus
  • Bi-weekly hourly pay with the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive earnings as earned

About the Role

As an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, you’ll deliver exceptional lifetime patient care with best-in-class non-clinical support. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding patient care and education
  • Invest in the community while delivering preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Utilize tools such as Arestin, iTero, and digital x-rays
  • Document dental patient screenings and medical histories
  • Perform clinical duties as required by the office

Requirements

  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
  • Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
