Foreside Family Dental is growing and excited to welcome a passionate Dental Hygienist to our team. Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation
• Provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Utilize clinical tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
• Deliver exceptional patient care with a focus on education and long-term dental health

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Maine (or ability to transfer; cost covered by employer)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• CPR Certification
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• New graduates welcome to apply

Skills

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records (preferred)
• Strong clinical skills with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available for the right candidate
