We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.
Pay
$70–$72/hour plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a monthly bonus program.
Schedule
- Mondays 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesdays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursdays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Alternating Saturdays 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements
- Active Washington RDH license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar practice-management software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal care
- Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Use modern technology, including DentalAI
- Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team
