About the role
We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.
Compensation
- $55-65/hour base plus production bonus program
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 90 days)
- One year $5,000 retention bonus, can be used towards student loans!

What We’re Looking For
- Active CO RDH license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
- Strong communication + teamwork
What You’ll Do
- Provide preventive and periodontal care
- Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Use modern technology, including DentalAI or Overjet
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
