Dental Hygienist

Build a schedule that actually works for you! Alliance Family Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, high-performing team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to a loyal, established patient base
• Deliver meaningful patient education, including oral-systemic health discussions
• Leverage Overjet AI to enhance case presentation and patient understanding
• Work alongside a skilled clinical team using advanced technology including a Solea all-tissue laser, CEREC same-day crowns, and intraoral scanners
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Colt, Dr. Howard, and Dr. Sites
• Practice to the full extent of your scope in a doctor-supported, team-first environment
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards

Requirements

• Active Colorado RDH license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar practice management software (preferred)

Pay

• $55–$60/hour (base pay + production bonus)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (full-time) | $2,500 (part-time)

Schedule

• Flexibility across 2 to 5 days per week
