About the Role
Pine Ridge Dental Group is looking for a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Longmont. We’re seeking someone who wants to provide excellent patient care, work with a supportive clinical team, and continue growing professionally in a modern dental practice. New graduates are welcome. We offer hands-on mentorship, a dedicated hygiene mentor, pre-licensure placement opportunities, and a cushioned schedule to help you transition into the practice with confidence.
Pay, Bonus & Benefits

About Pine Ridge Dental Group
Pine Ridge Dental Group serves Longmont, Erie, Mead, Firestone, and the surrounding communities with a focus on compassionate, modern dentistry. The practice provides comprehensive care including general and family dentistry, gum health and deep cleaning, restorative dentistry, implants, same-day restorations, laser dentistry, sedation dentistry, cosmetic care, and emergency treatment.
For our hygiene team, that means you’re an important part of comprehensive patient care—not simply running a cleaning schedule. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to help patients understand their oral health, manage periodontal disease, and feel confident about their treatment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Complete periodontal assessments and charting
- Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate
- Take diagnostic dental x-rays
- Educate patients about home care, periodontal health, and prevention
- Help patients understand recommended treatment
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Collaborate closely with our doctors and clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support a comfortable, positive patient experience
Requirements
- Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong patient communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality clinical care
- Team-oriented approach
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is a plus
Schedule
Part-time, Tuesdays and Fridays. The office is open Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
