About the role
We’re hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you’re a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.

Compensation & Benefits
- $68-70/hour (earn up to $75/hour with our base + bonus incentive program!)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires

What We’re Looking For
- Active WA RDH license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
- Strong communication + teamwork
What You’ll Do
- Provide preventive and periodontal care
- Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Use modern technology, including DentalAI
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
