Pay
- $50–$57/hour, guaranteed
- $5,000 sign-on bonus (minimum 3 days/week)
- Multiple monthly bonus opportunities
Schedule
- Full-time (flexible part-time also available)
- Monday–Friday (Friday ends at 3:30 pm)

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in all licensed dental periodontal services
- Assist dentist chairside during examinations
- Prepare instruments and materials for procedures
- Instruct patients on pre/post-operative procedures and oral health education
- Obtain dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos
- Contribute positively to an engaging company culture
Requirements
- Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygiene license
- Local Anesthesia certification
- Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend, iTero scanners, Piezo scalers, intraoral cameras, Dexis sensors, and Gemini Diode lasers
- Hu-Friedy instruments experience
Training & Support
- Day 1 mentorship from senior hygiene leaders
- Laser therapy training and continuing education (including CPR renewal)
