Dental365 is reshaping the patient experience in dentistry, placing patients and providers at the core of its approach. The practice, Eric George, DMD & Associates, is located at 121 Sandy Bottom Rd, Coventry, RI 02816. As a Dental Hygienist you will work in a modern, safety‑focused environment with opportunities for growth through the Hygiene Executive Committee.

Hiring Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Thursday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Part‑time employment is also available.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge‑level care with exceptional chair‑side manners, building patient trust.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to enhance overall oral health.
• Document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x‑rays and intraoral images to aid treatment planning and note progress.
• Perform precise oral hygiene procedures in line with the attending dentist’s treatment plan.
• Handle emergency measures for sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Give patients instructions for at‑home care and oral health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional state‑required certification/license needed to perform specified duties.

Pay

Salary range: $45 – $50 per hour (USD).
