About the Role

As a dental hygienist at Dental365, your role goes beyond routine care. You’ll work in a modern, safe practice environment with dedicated time for each patient and opportunities for professional growth through our Hygiene Executive Committee.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level concierge care with exceptional chairside manners, building trust with patients.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to enhance overall oral health.
• Thoroughly document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images to aid in treatment planning and monitor progress/changes.
• Conduct precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
• Proficiently handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.

All benefits available at full-time employment (30+ hours weekly). Some benefits available for part-time employees as well.

Pay

Salary Range: $50–$55 per hour
