About the role

As a dental hygienist at Dental365, you’ll deliver high-quality, concierge-level care in a contemporary, safe environment. We prioritize patient trust and oral health with dedicated 1-hour recall appointments and a growing Hygiene Executive Committee that supports professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside care with strong patient communication and trust-building.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease, oral cancers, and other oral health concerns.
• Document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take and interpret x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning.
• Perform precise oral hygiene procedures following dentist-prescribed treatment plans.
• Manage emergency situations during patient treatment as needed.
• Educate patients on at-home oral care and maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the respective state.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation.
• Any additional state-required certifications or licenses for specified duties.
