About the role

As a dental hygienist at Dental365, you’ll deliver high-quality, concierge-level care in a contemporary, safe practice environment. We prioritize patient trust, thorough documentation, and comprehensive oral health—without production quotas. Growth opportunities include participation in our Hygiene Executive Committee.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside care with strong patient communication and trust-building.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease, oral cancers, and other oral health concerns.
• Review and document detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take and interpret x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning.
• Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with dentist-prescribed treatment plans.
• Respond to dental emergencies during patient treatment.
• Educate patients on at-home oral care and maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the respective state.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation.
• Any additional state-required certifications or licenses for specified duties.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
