About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality, concierge-level care in a modern, safe, and patient-centered environment. This role offers growth opportunities through our Hygiene Executive Committee and a focus on quality over production quotas.

Schedule

• Mondays: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Wednesdays: 7:00am - 6:00pm
• Thursdays: 7:00am - 6:00pm
• Fridays: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Part-time employment is also available with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level concierge care with exceptional chairside manners, building trust with patients.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to enhance overall oral health.
• Thoroughly document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images to aid in treatment planning and monitor progress/changes.
• Conduct precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist.
• Proficiently handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.

Pay

Salary Range: $45–$50 per hour.
