Dental Hygienist

Gentle Dental is looking for a part-time Dental Hygienist in West Chester, PA to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming setting, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:50 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:50 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay

Competitive salary range: $50–$52/hour

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Adhere to sterilization protocols

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
