Dental Hygienist
Overview
Dental Solutions of Deptford is seeking a motivated and patient-focused part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team serving the Deptford/Woodbury community. We pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive, personalized dental care in a warm and welcoming environment that prioritizes patient comfort and advanced treatment solutions. Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology such as Overjet, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT).
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Achieve and maintain patient comfort during procedures
- Assess and educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Auxiliary role in examinations and treatments, taking dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
- Licenses: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
