Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Achieve oral health assessments
• Provide education on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Aid dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Licenses: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
