Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, screenings, and patient education
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in mentorship programs and continuing education to enhance clinical skills
- Maintain accurate medical histories and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in MO and relevant degrees
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical documentation
- CPR certification; experience with digital x-rays, digital scanners, and dental tools preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient advocacy
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds
- Prolonged sitting and standing
- Capacity to attend training sessions
- Compliance with health and safety standards, including TB testing where applicable
