About the Role

A Dental Hygienist focused on delivering patient-centered dental care, supporting the clinical team, and advocating for patients' oral health.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including screenings and preventative care.
• Document patient medical histories and utilize digital tools such as x-rays and scanners.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and operate dental technology.
• Support practice growth through continuous skill development.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota (MN).
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and electronic health records.
• Ability to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and sitting/standing for extended periods.
• TB test required prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using digital dental tools.
• Desire for ongoing learning and professional development.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to attend training sessions as required.
