Dentist‑founded, owner‑operated and proudly local, Concierge Dental Group operates five Western New York offices and is not a corporate chain. The practice is fully digital with AI‑assisted diagnostics, digital x‑rays, intraoral cameras and modern equipment. The team has real personality, high standards and zero stuffiness. You can choose to work primarily at the office closest to home or cross‑train and cover a sister office for variety.
Responsibilities
- Appointments structured so you can do the work properly — not 30‑minute factory cleanings
- Doctors who back your clinical findings and your professional judgment
- Modern operatories with current technology and AI‑assisted charting

Requirements
- Active New York State Dental Hygiene license
- Current CPR / BLS certification
- Comfortable with digital workflows and electronic health records
- A clinician who enjoys the work — periodontal care, patient education, and the careful version of hygiene most offices have stopped doing
