Dental Hygienist

About the Role

A Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, promoting oral health and preventive dentistry. You will be an integral part of the patient care team, delivering clinical services, patient education, and maintaining detailed medical histories.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including screenings, cleanings, and assessments
• Educate patients on oral health and prevention strategies
• Support the clinical team with documentation and patient records
• Utilize digital tools and equipment, such as digital x-rays and scanners
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and privacy standards

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication, clinical skills, and a desire for continuous learning
• Experience with dental technology is preferred but not required

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to perform duties involving sitting, standing, lifting up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic training and compliance with health screening protocols
