Dental Hygienist

Benevis is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join a mission-driven team focused on making quality, affordable dental care accessible to every patient. Pay

• $45 to $50 per hour plus production bonus (negotiable based on experience)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, compassionate dental hygiene care under the general supervision of a dentist
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, fluoride treatments, and related procedures
• Review medical histories and assess patients’ dental conditions and treatment needs
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Support same-day care opportunities when available
• Guide patients and parents through the treatment process
• Assist with charting and x-rays as needed
• Follow all company standards and applicable government regulations
• Create a positive, memorable patient experience through compassion and teamwork

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including hands-on skill assessment, required upon hire
