Dental Hygienist

About the role

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be a key clinical provider, delivering exceptional patient care and advocating for their oral health. You will be supported by a comprehensive mentorship program and ongoing educational opportunities to enhance your skills and provide lifelong dental care.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN
• Relevant degree (Associate's or Bachelor's)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic records
• Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training
• Completion of a TB test prior to employment (excluding certain states)
