About the role

Responsibilities
- Performing dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation.
- Utilizing advanced technology such as digital scanners and digital x-rays.
- Building meaningful patient relationships and supporting their oral health education.
- Collaborating with a supportive, clinical team and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in MN and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- New graduates or experienced hygienists.
- Experience with digital tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic medical records.
- Desire for professional growth and ongoing learning.
Additional Details
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting or standing.
- Availability for periodic training sessions.
- Pre-employment TB test required, with accommodations available for disabilities.
