Dental Hygienist responsible for providing quality patient care, education, and maintaining oral health, with opportunities for growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and medical history documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and educate them on oral health
• Participate in training, shadow experienced hygienists, and develop clinical skills
• Support patient care with clinical autonomy and a patient-focused approach
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current dental hygienist license in MN; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification
• Preferred: experience with dental technologies (digital x-rays, electronic records) and a desire to grow skills
• Physical ability to perform duties and lift up to 45 pounds
