You will work with dentists and colleagues who value prevention, clear communication, and a welcoming patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive hygiene services and periodontal care.
• Help patients understand home‑care routines and ways to maintain oral health.
• Coordinate with dentists and other team members to support each patient’s treatment.
• Document care accurately and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Requirements

Appropriate Minnesota dental hygiene licensure is required before providing clinical care.

Pay

Starting pay is $60 per hour. Incentive programs offer the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour (includes incentives, not a guaranteed base wage). A sign‑on bonus is available; amount and terms discussed during hiring.

Schedule

Full‑time scheduling is available. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview. This is an in‑person patient‑care position in the Albertville / St. Michael area.
