DENTAL HYGIENE INSTRUCTOR

About the role

Remington College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic dental hygiene professional to join the Dental Hygiene associate degree Program at our Nashville Campus. The ideal candidate will bring their talents and skills to educate students who are eager to train as a dental hygienist.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lesson plans using industry-standard approaches (e.g., multimedia, adult learning methodology).
• Instructs and evaluates students, developing their skills and encouraging growth.
• Tracks students' attendance, performance, and grades.
• Participates in various administrative activities (e.g., attends faculty/staff meetings or in-service meetings).
• Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned.
• Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of an associate's degree in dental hygiene.
• At least five (5) years of practical work experience in the field.
• Dental hygiene licensure qualifications compliant with the State of Tennessee Board of Dentistry, along with current CPR-Healthcare Provider certification.
