About the role

We are a fast-paced, family-focused dental practice in Springville, Utah, seeking a motivated and energetic Hygiene Assistant to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities

• Take dental X-rays
• Absorb and assist with polishing and hygiene procedures
• Support treatment planning conversations
• Help maintain smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver excellent patient care and communication

Requirements

• Spanish-speaking preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to have confident and assertive conversations with patients
• Looking for a long-term fit within our practice

Experience

• Dental experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
