Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical evaluations in various specialties
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity
• Travel to assigned locations as needed

Requirements

• Current license to practice in all states where assignments are located
• Experience in multiple medical fields (general medicine, psychology, audiology, vision, dental, optometry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare
