About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced dental front desk team member to join our practice.

Requirements

• Previous dental front desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix
• Experience with dental insurance, eligibility, benefits, and claims
• Comfortable with treatment estimates and patient financial discussions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude

Dental experience is required. Experience with Dentrix and dental insurance is especially preferred.
