Your Role
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for the dental clinic
Collaborate with the COO and senior leadership to align dental services with organizational goals and financial sustainability
Ensure clinical protocols, infection control, and quality standards are met consistently
Establish and monitor productivity benchmarks for providers and staff
Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services
Lead the tracking of quality measures, UDS reporting, and performance metrics
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry with an unrestricted license to practice dentistry
- Progressive leadership experience in healthcare, public health, or non-profit settings
- Experience in FQHC operations, federal and state regulatory compliance, and grant oversight
- Ability to foster a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture grounded in clear expectations
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated professional commitment to providing services to medically under-served individuals in a public health setting
- Current certificate in BLS

Market-leading salary starting at $167k (compensation DOE)

Monday-Friday schedule (limited requirements outside normal business hours)
