About the role

We are currently seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant, Certified, or Registered Dental Assistant (DA/CDA/RDA) who is passionate about dentistry and excited to be part of a growing, supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors chairside during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization/infection control standards
- Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos
- Support patient education and help create a comfortable experience
- Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation
- Assist with impressions, temporaries, one surface fillings, and other expanded functions (based on certification/licensure)
- Help ensure smooth patient flow and support the clinical team as needed
Requirements
- Current CDA or RDA certification/licensure (required)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Able to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- A commitment to growth and continued learning in dentistry
