Dental Assistant (with RDA)

Overview

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Travel Ortho Surgery Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their team in League City. They are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting both patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves supporting multiple practices while assisting providers with clinical procedures, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and helping maintain efficient daily operations.

Travel Schedule

This position supports multiple oral surgery offices within the League City area. The expected travel schedule is: Monday-Wednesday: Travel to our South locations. Thursday-Friday: Travel to our North locations. Travel is a regular part of this role, providing the opportunity to work with a variety of teams while delivering exceptional patient care across multiple practices.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
