Dental Assistant (with RDA)

About the role

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Travel Oral Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their team in Bedford.

Responsibilities

• Aid the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
• Travel between supported office locations as needed

Qualifications

• Current TX RDA Certification
• ACLS
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
