This role involves supporting dental teams by assisting with patient care, preparing treatment rooms, taking X-rays (training provided), recording patient information, sterilizing tools, and supporting front-desk tasks. You will follow safety and privacy guidelines such as OSHA and HIPAA. No prior experience is required; training is available, and pay increases with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures
• Prepare and clean treatment areas
• Take and process X-rays
• Maintain patient records
• Support workspace cleanliness and sterilization
• Help with patient check-in and scheduling
• Provide post-treatment care instructions

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and eagerness to learn
• Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization in the U.S.

Preferred but not required:

• Dental assisting certification
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English)
