As a foundational provider of general, specialty dental services, and Sleep/Airway Disorder treatments, Babylon Dental Care is recognized for its commitment to excellence, compassion, and unmatched patient care. We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant to infuse new energy into our Clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our radios and follow our SOP for use.
• Full understanding and proper use of our Prosthetic forms.
• Aid in lab case management.
• Adhere to all OSHA/sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Provide clinical hands-on assistance by procedure.
• Assist with new patient experiences - giving tours of the Practice upon arrival.
• Keep up-to-date with email communications throughout the day.
• Be empathetic and compassionate towards patients.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies that enhance patient care.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and communicate effectively.
• Encourage patient feedback and referrals.
• Manage appointment flow and ensure timely patient check-outs.
• Generate and review reports as directed.
• Support treatment plan adherence and production goals.
• Participate in morning or afternoon huddles.
• Mentor new team members.
• Follow proper handoffs between providers and front desk.
• Take necessary x-rays or wellness scans as directed.

Requirements

• 3 or more years experience in a Dental Assistant position.
• Flexibility in scheduling, working 6 days a week including early mornings, late evenings, and some holidays.
• Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Outstanding teamwork skills and comfort working with diverse groups.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (optional).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree is optional.

Compensation

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
