In this role, you will be a key part of the clinical team, working chairside with dental providers to ensure efficient, safe, and respectful care for every patient. Requirements

  • Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
  • Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and materials for patient care
  • Take digital radiographs and support accurate patient documentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols (OSHA, CDC, ADA)
  • Support patient flow, including seating, preparation, and communication during visits
  • Perform dental lab tasks such as impressions and model preparation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and answering phones as needed
  • Provide coverage for team absences as available

Summary

This is a part-time, flexible opportunity designed to provide consistency while allowing for work-life balance. Schedule 20 hours per weekTwo 8-hour days (set schedule once selected)One additional 4-hour block scheduled flexiblyOpportunity to pick up additional hours covering absences

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Dental assisting experience or formal training
  • CPR certification
  • 2+ years of dental assisting experience
  • Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
