Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting the doctors and hygienist in consultations, periodontal surgery, Implant surgery, and endodontic treatment
- Working collaboratively with a team of assistants and administrative members
- Sterilizing instruments and managing supplies
- Charting and recording clinical notes
- Drafting letters to referring doctors
- Entering treatment plans into computer
- Breaking down and setting up treatment rooms
- Taking high-quality radiographs and Cone Beam Scans (NJ Xray license required)
- Assisting other team members as needed.
Requirements
- NJ Xray License
- Computer/technology Savvy
- Experience With Dentrix
- Previous implant and periodontal surgery and endodontic assisting experience preferred
