Dental Assistant NO Nights or Weekends

About the role

We are a mobile practice that travels to senior care facilities to provide dental and hygiene services on-site. This is an opportunity to earn more than in a standard office. You will arrive at our storage office as early as 8:00 AM to transport mobile equipment to a facility, then return it at the end of the day for sterilization. Mileage and tolls are reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with dental procedures.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures.
• Prepare equipment and instruments for use during dental procedures.
• Follow sterilization and safety procedures while assisting in dental procedures.
• Clean, disinfect, and store equipment used during dental procedures.
• Transport equipment and supplies to and from clinic sites.
• Assist with general office upkeep and patient care.

Requirements

• Current x-ray certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in dental assisting.
• Enjoy working with elderly patients (geriatric experience is a plus but not required).
• Able to transport equipment in your own personal vehicle (a standard 4-door sedan is sufficient, but an SUV or crossover may be preferable).

Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule

• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Part-time and full-time positions available.
