Description

Louisville Dental Assistant School is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs.

Schedule

• Saturdays, 7:00 am – 6:30pm (breaks included).
• Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.

Location

Louisville, KY 40299 (In-Person)

Compensation

• $21–$24/hr, depending on experience.
• ($500 signing bonus)

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
• Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
• Coach students during hands-on lab practice
• Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
• Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
• Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience
• Active Radiology Certification
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
• Able to commute to location(s)

• Prior teaching or mentoring experience
• Dentrix familiarity
