Description
Louisville Dental Assistant School is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs.
Schedule
- Saturdays, 7:00 am – 6:30pm (breaks included).
- Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.
Location
Louisville, KY 40299 (In-Person)
Compensation
- $21–$24/hr, depending on experience.
- ($500 signing bonus)
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
- Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
- Coach students during hands-on lab practice
- Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
- Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
- Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Requirements
- 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience
- Active Radiology Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
- Able to commute to location(s)

- Prior teaching or mentoring experience
- Dentrix familiarity
- Leadership background
