Cleveland Dental Assistant School is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs. The position is located in Parma, OH 44134 (in‑person). Responsibilities

• Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
• Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
• Coach students during hands-on lab practice
• Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
• Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
• Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience if you’re certified.
• +5 years of experience if you aren’t.
• Active Radiology Certification
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
• Able to commute to location(s)

Skills

• Prior teaching or mentoring experience
• Dentrix familiarity
• Leadership background

Pay

$27.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Saturdays, 7:00 am – 6:30pm (breaks included). Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.
